Cadburys World Bourneville Birmingham: Upgrade to Touch Screen

With customer queues guaranteed all day this was to be a difficult task for the Bristec installation team. The previous 9 terminal ICL Teampos 5000 were replaced with a 9 Toshiba TEC ST6500 C5 epos terminals running our TouchPro software Linked to Trintech Payware to supply eftpos. Reporting has allowed a further streamlining in terms of just in time stock management and increased purchasing control is now benefiting the client.

After a review of the existing cash register systems indicated a need to install a single system to provide complete management of some 11 catering and bar outlets. The previous cash register system was replaced with a 18 Toshiba Tec ST60 terminals in each site linked to the server. On the completion of each day trading Performance charts and league tables reports can be produced.
